PorkChop the English Bulldog isn’t just part of the Parasole Properties team — she’s the heart and soul of it. With her custom harness and name tag proudly displayed, she walks around job sites and inspections completely unleashed (in every sense of the word), working alongside the team like she owns the place — because she kind of does.
Pork Chop is by Ron’s side every day, riding in the back of the truck, inspecting properties, attending closings, picking up supplies, and checking on tenants. She’s known for her uncanny ability to sense a bad vibe — if she doesn’t like a house, she won’t go in. And if she does? Tenants take that as full-blown approval. More than one lease has been signed thanks to “PorkChop’s blessing.”
She’s also a local celebrity at Home Depot, where she wanders the aisles off-leash, sniffs out the best deals (and smells), and confidently trots over to her favorite registers where the staff keeps treats just for her. More often than not, you’ll find her snoring loudly in the middle of the lumber aisle — drool puddle and all — while Ron shops around.
With her big personality, loyal fanbase on social media, and daily presence on job sites and in the office, PorkChop keeps spirits high and standards even higher. She’s more than just a mascot — she’s family, and the best (and most drool-covered) morale booster a company could ask for.
